Every cleaner is interviewed, reference-checked and DBS-checked before their first job, and we carry £2m public liability insurance. Wherever possible you get the same person each visit, so they learn how you like things done.
Each clean follows a written checklist covering every room. The standard doesn’t change depending on who we send or how busy the week has been.
We arrive with our own products and equipment as standard. If you would rather we used yours, or you have allergies or surfaces that need something specific, tell us when you book.
If anything isn’t right, tell us within 48 hours and we’ll return to put it right at no charge. We’d rather fix it than lose you as a customer.

We take a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The balance is paid once the clean is complete and you’re happy with the result. Deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule as long as you give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
